Peaceful unique townhouse in the artist's city

A unique opportunity to see and live in one of the two small, yellow, brick-headed houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received diplomas from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses stand to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax in this unique home, with ocean views. Ideal for 2 adults and possibly 1 children. (all located in large living room) Kitchen with dining area, living room with television, sofa, sofa bed and double bed. Large bathroom. Direct access from living room to balcony with dining area and another balcony with two chairs and views directly out over Storebælt. 40 meters to the water's edge, large wide beach - 500 meters from Mullerup Harbor. At the harbor there is Skipperkroen and a cafe with ice cream, sausages and mini golf. In addition, boat rental.

Forget your concerns in this spacious and quiet space. Enjoy beautiful views of the Great Belt while the fire crackle in the wood-burning stove, or while enjoying a nice glass of wine in the large bright kitchen-living room. Go for walks down to the beach or in the woods, or light up the wilderness bath (Note: It's a wilderness bath with no bubbles but with lights, lights up with firewood). There are 8 real sleeping places, plus a loft with 5 beds and an alcove. Note: Water and electricity are included.

Get in full swing in this unique and tranquil space right down to the water. A simple but personal cabin overlooking the water. Sofa bed sleeps 2, as well as a bed that sleeps 2 (1.5 man bed) . Small tea kitchen with 2 hot plates. Small fridge. Electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Lovely terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding at DKK 100 per person.

We welcome you to our cozy guest cottage at the west coast of the Danish island Zealand. Take a short walk to the seaside and forrest for nice walks & runs all seasons and swims in the summertime. Enjoy the very green and peaceful area with nice seaviews. Not on pictures: The cottage also include a new covered terrace & outbuilding under construction and therefor not listed. Transport times, approx.: 25 min. to Kalundborg / Novo, 15 min. to Slagelse, 60 min. to Copenhagen

Watch the sun set over the water

Our lovely summerhouse is located at the first row to the water overlooking Storebelt, where you have the sun all day and can enjoy watching it go into the water. Get the end of our property is the staircase to the beach, where you can take a fresh dip from the bathing bridge. The house is on a closed road, the area is quiet, and the grounds have plenty of space for sun and ball games.

Cozy and modern summerhouse

Kick back and relax in this stylish space. The cottage has been completely renovated and put on sale. But until the right buyer shows up, we think it's a shame that others should not be able to enjoy this lovely house. It's fully furnished, but there may be some small things missing here and there. But it's super cozy and you'll definitely find the most common - at a good price.
