House holiday rentals in Slivnica

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

This was ine if the most beautiful houses we have stayed in and the photos do not do it justice. Communication was excellent throughout and they were extremely responsive if we had any questions. The house was lovely and peaceful and we'd very much like to return in the summer

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Ivan makes you feel right at home. Checking in with him was extremely pleasant as he is multilingual [Croatian, English, German] All necessary aids were available and much more (coffee maker, hairdryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). All the questions we had were answered via Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire vacation was rounded off in a special way, starting with the welcome snack platter to his wife's homemade apple strudel. There was also a great amusement at the end. We will definitely be back. Came as guests, left as friends. We've rarely met such an attentive host. If we could, we would give MORE than 5 stars. We are a family with two children for 10 years stayed at Tomislava's place for a week. It was an incredible experience. The apartment is comfortable, beautiful, equipped with the necessary appliances (including a dishwasher), comfortable furniture, a large balcony where you can spend time luxuriously, the children did not leave it. To the beach, 5 minutes walk, it is divided into shallow with sandy entrance - for small children, and to the beach with pebbles deeper for adults. Every morning in the small bazaar by the sea you can buy fresh fish and grill it in the barbecue area on the territory of residence in Tomislava. Separately, I want to thank the host Tomislav for her responsiveness and attention, a very pleasant and friendly person.

The accommodation is located in a nice, quiet area with a small supermarket and some bars within walking distance. Outside the house begins the pedestrian street that leads to the historic center, reachable in a halfhour on foot; the street is characterized by numerous beautiful coves. The location of the house was ideal for us because it was quiet and good as a location. Danijel and his wife are very available for communication, reserved and non-intrusive. The studio is small but has everything you need and is very comfortable and comfortable. Equipped kitchen and bathroom and everything perfectly clean and tidy! Thank you Danijel!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

It was all great as described. Very nice hosts very kind and helpful, would go again and would recommend it. A nice holiday just top the pool was the highlight. Thank you for the great time!!!

This was a very quaint place to stay! A peaceful patch of land, a cozy space with amenities, an outdoor kitchen, free cherries on arrival (which will obviously be seasonal), and a warm greeting from our keyholder. My only qualm was the GPS coordinates on the listing not matching the actual location of the cottage. We had not booked through an agency before and have given them this feedback. Be sure to reach out to your keyholder well in advance so your arrival is not delayed, like ours was. Once we got there, we were very pleased! We hope this only improves for future guests.

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Antonija was very flexible with the check-in time and was very responsive. The location is close to the beach and to supermarkets and nice restaurants.

The apartment is simply fantastically located and top modernly furnished. Everything is new. A clothesline is stretched in the back garden. The pool is not too deep and big enough to swim a few laps. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite close to the street, so you can hear a car every now and then when you are by the pool. Maybe you could plant a few hedges here. The house is so new that it is unfortunately not yet drawn on Google Maps/satellite. But due to the beautiful blue shutters it is easy to find n.

We had an excellent stay. Rade met us at the house and gave us a very thorough check in and also came to the house for our check out. He also made some great local recommendations and provided us with a very nice bottle of local wine and a corkscrew! Much appreciated. During our stay, he was very responsive when we had any issues. The only slight downside was that it was about 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area and the majority of the restaurants. However, there were a few restaurant choices within 10 minutes walk of the house. I would still highly recommend this house.

We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

We had a great holiday at Iva's place - her parents were heartful, always there to help us out, no matter if it was about ordering pizza or finding a way to get to the airport. The apartments are clean, well maintained, cozy and the location is simply perfect and quiet right at the beach. If we are coming back to Croatia one day - this will be our place to stay!

We were very satisfied with the house and the location! Very central, yet quiet! There is everything in the house you need. Our kids had a lot of fun with the turtles. Communication with Sandra was excellent and her uncle Ratko was very nice 👍🏻😊

The stay at this place was great! The owner is very friendly and always available to answer any questions, and she responded to messages as soon as possible. The place was clean, tidy, and welcoming, exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was great and we will definitely be back when we are in this area again. Would recommend to anyone!
