The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is connected to the living room and offers access to the terrace. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool of 45 meters and a summer kitchen that can be used. Likewise, beach chairs and umbrellas are free to use. The entire property is fenced in with a fence.
