Holiday rentals with beach access in Sluis

We had a great stay at the apartment. It had everything you need and the city center, supermarket and sea are within easy walking distance.

Vanessa's apartment is located in Groede, a very idyllic, small village. The beach is easily accessible by bike or car. The apartment is lovingly furnished with antique and modern furniture. There is a private terrace. Every now and then, their 2 lovely cats stop by. I was there for the 2nd time and would love to come back!

Ann is a very generous host and gave us a very warm welcome, even with a welcome gift, and took time to explain everything to us in detail. The apartment is extraordinarily beautiful and tastefully decorated, and there was everything you need for a good life. Thanks to the good kitchen equipment, I didn't have to think about whether the equipment was also available in the meal planning. On one side, the apartment past the neighboring house offers an always interesting view of the harbor and the Scheldt, on the other side to the beach and over the Scheldt to Vlissingen. Walks through the dunes to the beach or across the dyke start right outside the house. Relax!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely, and we felt at home right away. It’s beautifully furnished and very well equipped – especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. For our kids, the double bunk bed was definitely a highlight. One of them even said, “It prevented a lot of fights because we could both sleep on the top bunk!” – that says it all! The location is perfect as well – just a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

The house is ideally located with direct proximity to the beach and center, but still quiet. The equipment offers everything you need for a nice time. Communication with Florentine was very quick and easy. We will be happy to come back.

We had a relaxing holiday with 7 people in the large house. Everything but really everything was clean and lovingly arranged with decor. The garden was large and can accommodate everyone with several seating options. The hosts were always friendly and accommodating. All in all highly recommended.

Our stay in Breskens was very nice. The property is quietly located and offers many opportunities to explore the surroundings on foot or by bike. In the village there is a bike rental, many snacks and restaurants, a souvenir shop, and a grocery store - if you have forgotten something, you can get everything. The accommodation itself is small and rustic, and is adequately equipped. The absolute highlight for us was the garden and the covered terrace with fireplace. Monique was a friendly host who was quick to respond to messages.

Absolute recommendation! Stylish decor and everything was available. For us as a family of four, the bungalow was great. We had a great time and felt very comfortable. Due to the direct location next to a Roompot Park, we were also able to go to its swimming pool or visit the playgrounds, for example. The short walk to the beach is great. The beach is nice and spacious and super nice. Only a larger supermarket (Lidl or Albert Heyn) is a little further away, but absolutely reasonable. Should we come to Nieuwvliet-Bad again, then we will certainly come back to the great cottage. Justin was always available and responded quickly to questions or concerns. Thank you!

We stayed in the house with 4 adults and one child plus 2 dogs. It was all very clean and very cozy. The house is well equipped with everything you need. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Questions were answered immediately. We highly recommend the house and surroundings.

We had wonderful Easter days in the charming cottage right by the dune entrance. Location is perfect, the property huge and fully fenced. Communication with the host was great, we got great tips and the check in was completely straightforward. We didn't miss anything, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

The accommodation is very well located, next to the Strandhotel and therefore halfway between the stores and the beach. The living room is spacious with a sunny terrace. The apartment is clean and the bathroom has an Italian shower. It is an ideal rental for families. Jacob is also very friendly and responsive to any questions.

It's a really cozily furnished apartment. The region is fantastic. Also very nice that there are bicycles for rent in the same street. Communication with Manyee also went very smoothly. The steep stairs to the apartment were not ideal with young children, but definitely doable.

We were allowed to stay 6 nights and were very comfortable there. The apartment is quietly located on a side street, but still close to the beach and the promenade, where there are shops and restaurants. You could park for free in the street. The apartment was cozily furnished and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was also of great use. There was TV, a Playstation as well as board games and in particular the sparkle horn game appealed to our daughter. The apartment is also very child-friendly and even with smaller children you can live there superbly. The communication with Lars was quick and hassle-free, so we felt well taken care of. We are enthusiastic and can only recommend Lars and Imme's apartment.

Great stay, everything was perfect . Nice performance , very relaxing . Beautiful view apartment overhanging the sea , very exotic from our tumultuous lives.
