Het huisje bevindt zich op slechts één kilometer van het strand. Het dijkhuisje heeft een grote tuin, van waaruit je aan een fantastische wandel of fietstocht door Zeeuws-Vlaanderen begint. Mosseldijk5 werd in 2020 volledig gerenoveerd. De woning beschikt over alle moderne comfort met open haard en gezellig karakter.

On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms as well as a reading corner and the house's 1-2 persons sauna.
