You'll have a great time at this comfortable bachelor apartment outside of Smiths Falls. You have a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, 42” TV, new couch. You can practice your putting on the putting green outside the store. The apartment is set at 21 degrees and there is 3 units upstairs. You are not able to change the temperature it stays at 21 degrees. Hope this is not a issue can always supply a heater if needed. The building is off of highway 43. Patio & BBQ. Play pen available upon ask
