Aunt Patricia's Cozy, 2 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast

I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.

26th Street Studio - West Downtown Boise

A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. Quiet Contemporary Green Room

The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, shower which is located at the top of the stairs. There isn't use of the "home" area of the house because it is my art studio. Tea or coffee are there as well as a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator for your use within the room.... I enjoy dogs but cannot have cats due to guests’ allergies. Your dog will need to leave with you when you are not in the space. Dogs cannot be left alone. There is a 20.00 pet fee for your stay to be left.
