Enjoy modern comforts like high-speed WiFi, flat-screen TV, and adjustable AC/Heat. This is a hotel-style unit that shares a wall with another unit.

The kitchen is set up for cooking and books & board games are waiting for you.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
