A sweet cozy (complete privacy)vacation home in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake area, bustling with activity in the summer and has a great middle class. The flower garden(butterfly garden)of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the corn mill ,t Lam. Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). The loft living room with open kitchen is located on the 2nd floor with an adjoining beautiful roof terrace. On the ground floor is your spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There is free parking at the door. The bustling city center is within a few minutes' walk.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax.

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Do you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the main role then this apartment is for you. We, Ate and Gerda are owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable.

Our house is close to Makkum beach, forests, lakes and several Frisian "eleven cities".

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty, get on the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and has all the comforts. You can stay with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is of course also there. And most importantly, a fantastic view. Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.

The towns of Kalenberg, Blokzijl, Giethoorn and Dwarsgracht are within cycling distance. Or rent a boat to view the Weerribben from the water.
