A lovely, cosy (with complete privacy) holiday cottage in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district. You will be staying with the harbour master of Woudsend, Corine. The cottage's flower garden (butterfly garden) offers plenty of privacy and is situated right below the 't Lam' corn mill. Come here to unwind with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle. You will find peace and quiet, and you will be woken by the sounds of tits, blackbirds and sparrows (and sometimes, on Sundays, by the church bells). Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

If you do not come by boat, but want to get on the water, you can rent a sloop or sailboat. Ask the host about the possibilities.

This apartment, the Plataan, is located on open water, the Sneekermeer, near Sneek. You can sail, boat, fish, bike, hike. You will enjoy the place because it is completely new, very comfortable and has a contemporary decor. The place is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families.
