In case if you are coming by car, we offer a private under-cover parking space just steps away from your apartment. Beachfront studio apartment

This unique one-bedroom apartment is located right on the water, with a private beach and a million-dollar view of the horizon and the Elafiti Islands. Only if you would be on a boat, you would actually be closer to the sea. You literally only need ten steps from your bedroom to get to the sea. The terrace is ideal for lazy sunny days, as it is just inches from the sea and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The historical old center of Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and it is easily accessible.

Perpera charming little apartment in Lapad bay

This cute little apartment located in the residential area of Dubrovnik, very close to the various beaches like Copacabana, Coral Beach, Lapad Bay beach. Also there is a gym, supermarket, pharmacy, private health clinic, bus station, taxi station and all within short walking distance. The apartment is newly built, finished in 2018 and consists of one bedroom, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and a living room. There is an elevator in the building to get you to the apartment without stairs.

This is without doubt one of the best residential areas you could ever ask for when visiting Dubrovnik.Our apartment is 2 minute walk to everything that is wonderful and local in the suburban area of Dubrovnik,more precisely Lapad Bay.Down the road is the famous Orsan Yacht club with bustling water sport activities and a great restaurant.Only 10 minutes of walking to some of the nicests beaches and promenades ,10/15 minute drive to the Old Town.Supermarket is just aroundthe corner.

Unique and modern interior of this one bedroom apartment, would surely leave everyone more than satisfied. Apartment is nicely decorated, warm and romantic. Perfect for two! Fantastic location with the cathedral a couple of steps away at one end of the street and great restaurants and steps down into the sea at the other end of the street. You can have a swim first thing in the morning and then have breakfast out on the patio table outside the apartment.
