Monthly Rentals in SoHo, Manhattan

My first time staying here and I found the room super cozy and perfect 2...no more. The bed was comfy and the room comfortable The entryway was very art decor and very NYC. There were a lot of eclectic places to eat very close by and walkable. I'd definitely stay here again for a 1 to 2 night stay.

I stayed here for a month and it's a great spot, exactly as advertised. No couch but still a fairly spacious studio for 1 person and the patio had an amazing view of the city. It was too cold to use the rooftop when I was there but that also had a great view and was well maintained! Check in was easy and the apartment was spotless when I arrived and had all the amenities I needed while staying there for a month (kitchen supplies, linens, vacuum/broom, etc.). The hall/lobby of the building was also well maintained and I felt very safe during my stay. The laundry room in the basement was also a great perk. I had one issue with the TV during my stay but the maintenance was very responsive and came within a day or so. This spot is close to everything, right in the heart of downtown. A great place to stay if you want a true NYC experience! I would definitely recommend staying here.

I've stayed in many AirBnB's and this one is in the top two. O's is always immediately available via text. I loved that the apartment was clear of clutter and the fridge was completely empty and spotless. In fact all the fixtures and appliances were spotless. There is a washer and a dryer which is really convenient for a long stay. There is also a sufficient supply of cleaning supplies and paper products. This all may not sound like the most important things, but they do make a long stay after a long trip very comfortable. Of course, the location is prime which is the most important part of the stay and the apartment in in the back so it is very quiet. The trade off is, there is no view, but you will not be visiting the City from the inside of an apartment and you will be able to sleep when you return from trying all the cafe's, bars, restaurants and night spots. Beautiful place, you cannot really get a better location in the west village (or manhattan for that matter). Friendly people, spacious bathroom and elegant interior, recommended!
