Very nice apartment, cozy, quiet and bright, 45 m2, located 3 minutes from Enghien-les-Bains train station (10 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord line H and 30 minutes from Stade de France by bus or train). Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I'm available to welcome you before and during your stay.

Its living room is 45 m2 with its equipped open-plan kitchen and living room/living room. It is perfectly equipped (high-speed fiber internet, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher). It overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. Linens and towels are provided.
