The place is very quiet, even I was in the early morning and feels safe. Pass a bus a few blocks from time to time, very punctual, that takes you to the metro station that moves you to the center of Paris. The accommodation is inside a private one. Zero noise at night, créanme. It has all the amenities described. Hot water, electricity, wifi work great, everything. With pleasure if I would book again if I traveled back to Paris. Overall my stay was very pleasant. Everything was as described, the place was clean and I’d definitely stay there again. The road the Airbnb is on seems to be going through construction or something but that wasn’t an inconvenience. The neighborhood felt safe enough during the day but I didn’t feel so comfortable to leave the apartment at night when I was alone due to the location. It’s a bit removed from the buzz of downtown so there were many times I found myself nearly walking alone with not many others in sight. The co-host was very accommodating to a request I made to add a guest for one night. She found a way to make it work despite Airbnb not being able to make the changes on their end which was very much appreciated. The co-host did however seem a bit sensitive to my questions when I had them (defensive), which was slightly awkward, but at the end of the day every inquiry I had was answered timely and efficiently. Thanks for the good stay!

About the Apartment: 5 stars! Extremely clean and organized, the space is very comfortable and offers everything we need for great lodging. The bed is super comfortable; after a long day of hiking around Paris, returning to a good shower and a cozy bed to rest is essential. The view and the balcony are very special. I hope to come back one day and stay again at this very location. About the location: The neighborhood is a real charm! There is a wonderful bakery on the corner, just a few steps from the apartment, plus a square full of restaurants and a supermarket and pharmacy next door. Being able to keep up with the Parisians' routine during the days is a spectacular experience. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, we had the luxury and pleasure of attending a fair in the square, which makes everything even more special. It was incredible days!

Our stay at Enzo's place was just amazing! As soon as we entered, we felt totally comfortable – everything was cozy, super clean and furnished with so much love. Everything was really thought of, so you feel right at home. The combination of modern amenities – especially in the kitchen and bathroom – and the stylish, elegant pieces of furniture give the apartment a very special charm. You can tell right away how much heart is in here. The location was also perfect for us: a metro station is right nearby, so we were very straightforward and quickly in the city. Enzo himself was just great as a host – warm, helpful, and always responsive. We felt well taken care of with him. We are thrilled and would come back anytime!

Ideal to take a break and to relax, very pleasant quiet terrace when it's good, the decor with the balloons adds a plus to this accommodation, we really loved our stay!

I recommend, conveniently located, because quiet area and catering, bakery... nearby. The only drawback is that a parking space is missing, because it's complicated to park. The host took the time to introduce us to the place, and is welcoming and available
