We have replaced all the appliances in the room, such as the air conditioner and refrigerator, with new ones. Although there is a total floor space of 70 ㎡ in the 3LDK, we have intentionally set the maximum capacity to 6 people, and have created a relaxed living space by placing only one double bed in each of the three rooms on the second floor. Please let me know in advance if you'll be using 6 or more people and I'll have a folding bed ready. There are also 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get daily necessities, so you can stay comfortably even for long periods. There is also free parking on the premises for 2 small cars or 1 regular car. We can also accommodate sightseeing and business trips by car. There are multiple bus stops within a 5-minute walk, and you can go directly to JR Kanamachi Station, Kameari Station, and Keisei Line Kanamachi Station in about 20 minutes by bus. You can get to the city center within an hour from the station.
