Holiday rentals with lake access in Solana Beach

Great place! The floor plan is incredibly accommodating, offering plenty of privacy and space for everyone. Four bedrooms (including the guest house) feature en-suite bathrooms, and the bunk room has a bathroom conveniently located right next to it. The outdoor spaces were fantastic as well— beautifully landscape and perfect for relaxing or gathering together. We also appreciated that the house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like garbage bags, as well as some extra touches, such as hotel-style toiletries. Overall, a wonderful experience!

This place was amazing for the girls trip that I took! It gave us plenty of space with amenities that made our stay great! Chris messaged several times offering his help if needed which was comforting! The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was not far from all of our activities! I would definitely book here again!

I've rented on the in mission Beach south multiple times. On the walkway facing the ocean. However, this place takes the cake no doubt. The place has all the amenities listed, Doug / Shawn care about this property and it shows. They have everything you can think of and more. A sewing kit was in the house. Who thinks about the unthinkable? These fine gentlemen do. Plus, this place comes with a garage (very rare) in South Mission Beach. Doug has won our business for life. The attention to detail, the friendly follow-ups, and always seeking ways to improve. Mission Beach is special but Doug and his family made it memorable. Thank you for all you've done! This beach house is everything and more. You won’t want to leave! We came out to celebrate my birthday and just relax for the holiday with local family. We had a great time. It was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to use the backyard as much as we would’ve liked but sitting in the living room with the door open and listening to the waves was priceless. Heather was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed. Dolphin and surfer watching every day and we even saw a whale. We will definitely be back!!! One tip: try to have a compact car so you can park in the driveway spot. Although, we never had trouble with street parking. My hiccup was the street sweep is early am and I was scared to get a ticket! Easy to work around though and well worth it for the location.

Dulei was such an amazing host! Was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect. She’s the kindest left our baby a little gift so she can use during the stay. Everything needed for yourself/ baby was there! Definitely would book again if I head back to San Diego.

Really cute mid-century modern home in a very convenient part of town for seeing sites across the area. Very close to SDSU, but also close to downtown and easy access to several freeways. The house itself is nicely decorated, in a fun mid-mo style. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything we needed, and stocked in a way that is well organized. The house backs up to a steep cliff and is on a cul-de-sac, so the back yard and the house itself is pretty quiet, despite being in a college-adjacent neighborhood. We had a nice relaxing stay. Recommended - Would definitely stay again.

Super clean, appreciate how responsive the hosts were. Fyi to those with small children- the bathrooms have automatic toilets which my 2.5yo toddler was NOT a fan of. Also the place was a bit tricky to find at night. Otherwise great stay and would recommend to others.

Great retreat in a peaceful wooded location if you want to get away. Poor cell and internet reception, but we did generally have connectivity. Very pet friendly. The kitchen was well equipped except we couldn't find a measuring cup. Overall, it was a great experience and easily accommodated 4 adults and a dog, and it still had 2 empty beds.

Thia ground floor appartment is full of thoughtful details. Host was very friendly and communicative. Place is close to shopping centers and to SeaWorld. I recomend.

We stayed at Rex’s place for a weekend down to San Diego. It’s very close and central to most SD must dos. Great location. The place was very comfy and spotless. Felt like home. Would recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

I was there primarily to escape the noise from construction at my home. The quality bed and pillows plus the quiet suited my needs perfectly. I tripped the circuit breaker late at night and I was promptly told where the breaker box was located.
