This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10) located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. The studio is located in our small garden of 150m2. It has its own terrace that ensures a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little rider King Charles lives in our house. At 100m you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.
