For nature and fishing enthusiasts, there is access to our private pond, just a 5-minute walk away. 40 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (a small mediaeval town), 15 minutes from Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (hiking, mountain biking, tree climbing) and Sillé-le-Guillaume (swimming in the lake, water activities and forest walks). All local shops and markets within 10 minutes.

This is a stunning 18th Century 5* luxury holiday resort, comprising of 1 x 6 bedroom / 3 bathrooms and has a recently completed state of the art indoor swimming pool complex with temperature controlled water, large sauna and a jacuzzi. My place is close to lovely lakes and parks, you can discover art and culture and is near the medieval town of Lassay la Chateaux. My place is amazing for families with children as there is a Go Karting track nearby and plenty of other things for them to do.

La Maison d’Apolline is a charming little property located in Lassay-les-Châteaux, 2 km from Lassay Castle and 15 km from Bagnoles-de-l’Orne in Normandy (a 15-minute drive). The house is composed of a ground floor (entrance, mezzanine, living room, dining area and kitchen) and a floor (bedroom and bathroom) fully equipped and offering free wifi.
