The property got 3 different levels that can be opened up to one big house or closed to three different apartments. All three levels got a kitchen and cooking facilities, there is a pool and a Jacuzzi and a sundeck, a garden and braai facilities. You got magnificient views compared with a modern style and comfort. The house got a PV system which makes it load shedding free.
