L'appartamento è in una zona residenziale tranquilla, vicina alla città murata e poco lontana dal lago. Il quartiere è ben frequentato e molto ben servito quanto a negozi e parcheggi. E a due passi c'è la migliore pasticceria della zona: la Luisita! È perfettamente collegato con i mezzi pubblici
