Delightful farmhouse 10 minutes from Linköping

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Occasional nights on request during the summer.

Vi har fina solnedgångar, djup skog, och en fridful natur. perfekt för er som vill koppla av! Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
