Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Apartment 2 `Am Speicher`

The cozy DG apartment consists of 1.5 rooms, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The single beds are 1x2m and stand together in the living room as a double bed. They are not to be moved apart. This living room also includes the dining area and the desk. The apartment is one of 2 detached apartments on the 1st floor with common entrance with the permanent residents, but can be used completely independently. Residents of the house also include a dog, who does not have access to the apartments.

Apartment in the Birkholz estate house

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Lovely apartment with terrace in Hagenstrasse

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor directly in the Hagenstrasse. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. If required, a folding bed can be provided, so that 4 people can stay here. The double bed is 180 x 200 cm. Here you will also find bathroom with shower, workspace, storage space, very large private terrace with lounge furniture and small table with chairs, TV with Dysney+ and Netflix. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located space.

The accommodation offers you upscale furnishings with a fitted kitchen and everything you need to live and relax. TV with Netflix and Prime Video and Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is located in a bungalow directly on a huge forest that invites you to take a walk. The travel time to the city or the VW plant is less than 10 minutes. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly renovated in 2023. We also rent out the first floor apartment via AIRBNB. Simply click on the host logo and you can compare both apartments. Infants up to 2 years stay free of charge. Please register children aged 2 or over as an additional person so that the bed linen and towel package is included. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 1 to a maximum of 2 children.

High-quality furnished family home with large garden and terrace, barbecue area, playground equipment and 2 covered parking spaces in the courtyard. A cozy conservatory with underfloor heating and a large kitchen with modern electrical appliances invite you to cook and linger. 2 bedrooms upstairs offer 4 sleeping places as well as 1 baby/toddler bed. Another sleeping place for 1-2 people is located under the roof.

Apartment "Braunschweig"

The two-room apartment is located in a traditional half-timbered house about 10 minutes by car from Wolfsburg city center. It is located on the second floor and is reached via a staircase. The bathroom was modernized in 2020. Compact vehicles can be parked in the yard and larger ones on the street about 20-30 meters further. The washing machine & dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee of €2.
