The apartment, which is brand new, has a new kitchen and bathroom, tilt ceiling, terrace, a well-functioning living room, and bedroom with closet. The barn is next to our place. Good location in relation to North Zealand and Copenhagen, close to Nivå harbor and beach and possibility of public transport, train and bus (there is a bus to and from Kokkedal station 400 m from the house).

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction stove, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room is a smart tv. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system, and projector. The shower is in the basement. Shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, (no Wi-Fi) are available. Discover all the farm's chickens, 2 cats, 1 dog and rabbits. Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forest. About 2 km from here you will find lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's world.

Skævinge, the old henhouse in rural surroundings

We have renovated the old hen house to a small cozy annex. The house has a room and is situated on its own in our small country house and we have 12 hens and a rooster that graze freely on the piece next to the house. The farm is originally from 1914 and is surrounded by fields and overlooking bedrock mountains. On the property you will also find our cafe and farm shop that sells coffee, cake, sandwich, brunch etc. opening hours Friday-Sunday 10am-5pm
