Nice villa with the sea as the closest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

A cozy living area features two blue sofas facing a large window with views of the lake and surrounding trees. A modern television is mounted on the wooden wall, while a coffee table sits in the center. Natural light fills the space.

(From November 1, 2025, we only take four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

A private terrace features a heated jacuzzi and a barbecue grill, with two lounge chairs positioned nearby. Panoramic views of the tranquil lakeside and surrounding nature create a serene outdoor space, complemented by wooden decking.

Welcome to this unique and modern villa. A fresh and new accommodation with its own entrance in a quiet residential area. Here you live all to yourselves and do not share housing with anyone. Large and nice garden with seating. Very good location in Malmö, close to the city center, Emporia, Hyllie and within walking distance to Mobilia shopping center. Free parking and close to most things with good bus connections. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
