Enjoy this junior suite with wonderful views. 35 m2 with private shower/toilet and private sauna. Completely renovated in 2024. 16-inch wonderful continental bed, kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, stove and air-fryer. The guest house is located next to our own home. The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp Golf Course and just 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house, there is access to laundry/dryer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

Beautiful right by the sea.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This home is located as you can see directly by the sea. The accommodation is modern and well equipped, and what might brighten your stay is a large sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi with sea views. Since the house is located by the sea there is a private jetty to swim from. There is also a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. Sölvesborg takes 10 minutes by car and Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, also takes 10 minutes.

Top modern guest house built in 2017. The house is designed and furnished in traditional Scandinavian style. House include: Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, two design armchairs, a very cosy queen bed (160 cm), bathroom with heated floor and shower. Free parking (one car) and 10 min walk to buses to Malmö or Falsterbo. Beach area is within walking distance (approx 1,5 km). Free Wi-Fi, towels and linnen. A cottage with sauna, hot tube and open fire outdoors in the forest. Stuga med sauna, spabad och öppen spis utomhus. Modern nyrenoverad fastighet som håller hög standard. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

NEW BUILD 2023 - Architect-designed summerhouse close to the beach - with sauna! Quiet, spacious and secluded in a large, enclosed garden, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation near Copenhagen and the amazing Tisvildeleje, with many restaurants and cafes. The stairway to the beach is only about 200 meters from the house and leads to a private beach where only the homeowners (and you!) have the key, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the coast in peaceful surroundings.

Unique family cottage 8 min walk to the sea

Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

House at the beach. Sommerhus ved havet.

Lovely and comfortable house near the beach. 200 m down a little gravel road and you are on the beach. Follow the path to the right along the coast and you are in the wood, go left and you come to Faxe Ladeplads, a lazy wonderful little town. Wide, sand beaches everywhere. Dejligt og komfortabelt hus tæt på stranden. 200 meter ned ad en lille grusvej og du står ved havet. Går du til højre kommer du ud i en smuk skov og til Fedet. Til venstre kommer du ind til Faxe Ladeplads.

Cottage with seaview, family friendly, sunset

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

The house has 55m2, is located on a 1900m2 plot and was finished in 2021 - it is absolutely new. The nest is located in a beech forest and yet only 150m near to lake Immeln with bathing jetty.
