Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and the city centre, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and own boat.

Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

We offer you a separate small newly renovated guesthouse with a kitchen and living room in one, separate bedroom and toilet. OUTDOOR SHOWER (please look at the pictures so you know what to expect). WC for your exclusive use in the nearby building, 10 meters away. No shower available. Located by the beautiful Gjevilvatnet in Trollheimen, perfect for mountain hikes, cross country skiing, fishing, kayaking and just relaxing. Toll road, kr. 80,- to be paid at youpark within 48 hrs after passing to avoid extra cost.

Bicycle paths, rando tours, golf, rafting and fishing opportunities. Lun cozy cottage with the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
