Upgraded apartment in idyllic Ranheim – Enjoy a modern home with a sunny terrace and plenty of storage space. Carport parking is included, with electric car charging. From the metro bus stop nearby, you can get directly to Trondheim city centre in just 15 minutes. Grocery store and great hiking trails are just nearby. As a guest, you also get free access to a gym just 50 meters away. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city centre - perfect for both short and longer stays

Renovated outdoor living room with no electricity and water.

The seat is free and undisturbed with east views. It is recently renovated and in old style without electricity and water but with wood-fired sauna you can use. Water can be found in the tank on the outside or in the well down the road. The kitchen has a stove and fridge that runs on gas. Here you have early sun in the morning and long sunset in the evening. Hiking trails you can walk, bike or ride along are right outside the cabin door. A small pond is 100 meters from the cabin and here is the sauna.

Warm welcome to our guest apartment! NOTE: 5 July - 4 August 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have your own entrance, extensive view of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with lots of sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and the table can be pulled out and make room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 meters to Trondheim city center in 12 meters. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Cozy cabin with sauna and jacuzzi (jacuzzi for an additional fee in April-November, see below description of the place). Nice view to Stugusjøen and Sylan Hiking possibilities just outside the cabin wall summer and winter. Short distance to groomed ski slopes. Road all the way to the cabin. Electric car charging in outlet Other: Tenants must be over the age of 25. Pets initially not allowed, but please contact for appointment.
