Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Great location and the 2 full size bathrooms were nice!

We spent a week in spring with our 4 month old and our dog. We had a very good time, Rossano and Elisa are two very helpful and kind people and they put us at ease. Lovely places, perfect for finding peace and tranquility. Thank you!

Exquisite host, super helpful and friendly, we had a great time. Apartment spacious, clean and with everything The necessary for those who want to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the apartment. The trash can for a welcome breakfast is very much appreciated. Secluded location in the hills for total relaxation although close to the centers of Pitigliano and Sorano. Rooftop x car and nice terrace To admire the summer stars immersed in the darkness of the Apennines. The pool was still closed but definitely a plus x the hot season! Highly recommended

Rossella was extremely helpful and kind. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean and equipped with every amenity. My family and I had a great time, we'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sergio's house in San Feliciano. The view of Lake Trasimeno is truly breathtaking, an enchanting view that you never get tired of. The house is great, cared for and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sergio was a kind and helpful host, always ready to answer our questions and give us useful tips about the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with spectacular views of the lake.

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

This place was gorgeous and so perfect for a stay in Tuscany! Alistair and Maria were very friendly and accommodating and even made us a couple of drinks by the pool side. Definitely recommend

Wow, what a beautiful spot, secluded but centrally located so that it is an easy drive to so much of the umbira/tuscany area. Simona was so helpful, responsive, and generous and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Poggio Martino!! We did not struggle to find it on the map. Francesca was flexible with us and left instructions and a key so we could check in late. In the morning, she made me an espresso to drink while I completed the check in process! She was always kind and responsive. We loved the accommodation and could not get over how beautiful it was. We appreciated the high chair and portacot with warm baby duvet put in our room for our daughter. Our bed was so comfortable and we were pleased we could cook something in the kitchen. Having tupperware in the kitchen was very useful and appreciated, as well as all the necessities like seasoning and oil on the kitchen bench. Feeling lucky to have gotten the only two available nights here in quite a few weeks of it being booked out!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

The only thing I could say negative is the lack of lighting for the kitchen and dining room. For the rest everything is perfect if you like the countryside decor:-)

Sabrina and her family were very accommodating and amazing host! The whole stay was superb In every way and my whole family as well as myself noted it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the amazing home cooked breakfast, to the cleanliness of the house, and the well thought out and led cooking class/dinner we enjoyed every aspect. Sabrina was very welcoming and made you feel like family :) I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farm style stay that wants to experience Tuscany.

Lorenzo is a very tentative and really friendly host. He even cooked for us dinner in his living room with 12 other travler!! It was an outstanding experience having local food and a nice time together. He even catered special needs like vegetarian alternatives He is extremly fast in responding, gave us great recommendations and restaurant tips. He made sure we felt welcome and enjoyed our time. The accommodation is perfect for any nature love withe the dog, all the cats and sometimes I even heared owls at night. You made our trip perfect! Thank you so much Lorenzo!

Our stay in Camporsevoli was exceptional. Valentina met us and explained everything we needed to know about the home. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we would need. We were a family of 5, plus two grandparents, and there was so much space for us to relax. Valentina had some wonderful recommendations of places to go and things to see. If we are ever back in Tuscany, we would definitely stay here again. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

Valeria is always kind and available. Arriving with bicycles was super flexible on check-in time and made us fix the bikes in the house without any problem. Clean and comfortable apartment and just outside the walls of Pienza, therefore foreign to the tourist hustle and bustle. I recommend it

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

Absolutely amazing location in the countryside! Communication was excellent. We arrived at night to find our location with specific instructions. We stayed in Casa Azurre, a 2-bedroom residence on the property. Thank you Marta for an amazing experience! We woke up in the morning to the most incredible views! We had a long itinerary to drive around Val D’Orcia, but could easily just stay here and enjoy our stay! We seriously loved it here!

Christina and her husband David are hosts with heart and soul! Starting with the personal, warm welcome, to the many little touches and the countless extras such as bikes, paddle boards, board games, grill, pizza oven, etc. The house is personal and very tastefully furnished, so we immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen is cute and small yet so fully equipped that you could easily cook an 8-course menu. And then the location right on the water. A wonderful place to really relax or be active. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Umbria. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I love this place and it's the second time I've come back. The place is the place, the breakfast food, it's all 5 stars. Only negative note, 35 euros for a 4kg dog doesn't make much sense. I understand in a hotel where the dog is in the room and could get dirty but here, in the middle of nature, with pigs and animals roaming free, asking for 35 euros is an absurd price. I'll still be back but I hope they change the rules on this
