Beautiful studio with terrace at the foot of the Albères

Come and relax in this peaceful and comfortable property. A large studio (35 m2, completely separate and with its own entrance from the house which it was once part of), located right in the heart of the village and within 200m distance to shops and restaurants. The studio has its own private terrace and no immediate neighbours, providing a beautiful view onto the Albère mountains. Perfectly situated for hiking (just a few minutes' walk away) and with beaches accessible in just 10 mins by car!

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Typical village house in the heart of Sorède, composed of a living room opening onto a small south-facing terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and space with 3-seater sofa. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed in 160 cm and 140 cm, a bathroom with large shower and basin. Separate toilet. The living room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Pets are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are 10 minutes walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
