Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

House in old Banyuls with a gorgeous view

This 100 sqm house is nicely decorated, bright and calm, with all necessary appliances. From the terrace, you can gaze out at the harbour, the sea and the mountains. The parents' room is spacious (25 sqm) and enjoys an even more stuning view. It has a piano and a desk. The localization of the house is perfect with a 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and stores, train and bus stations to get to the cities around, including Barcelona. A parking spot is available, which is great on summer.

Located in the heart of the village close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Two-story house with a small balcony overlooking the street with one room on each floor; Rue de l'Egalité is a typical street in the picturesque district of Mouré, quiet, friendly, without cars and so close to the beach that you can go there with just a towel on your shoulder!

My cozy and warm home was renovated in 2019. It is very bright with a skylight, two terraces, one overlooking the bell tower, the other overlooking the mountain. It combines modernity (open kitchen, designer furniture) in an old architecture (large art deco style staircase, terrace built on the rampart). Located in the heart of the village on a quiet street, it is 3 km from the beaches (bike path), 6 km from Collioure, 20 km from Spain and 1.5 hours from the ski slopes.

Traditional house renovated in 2021 and air conditioned. Ideally located in the heart of the historic center on a typical Collioure street, close to the beach, shops and the bell tower (50m). You will enjoy the beauty of the village while being quiet.
