In the outdoor sauna, there is a hot shower + firewood for heating the sauna stove. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen nook. Clear instructions for all features. 2 bedrooms, 2 WCs and 2 TVs. Pet fee €10. Additional guest €10/night. When you leave, only take your own footprints with you. PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is old, it has wood heating, and pets are kept on the property, which may cause symptoms for those with sensitivities. Stairs and an uneven garden can make it difficult to exercise :(

Villa Riihi - nature and peace & a unique beach sauna

If you're looking for a day out, there are some beautiful places to visit in the local area: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 mins): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges and lake basins. – Two-person tour: A woodland trail that ends at a viewpoint overlooking the lake. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the viewing tower. Near the house, there are forest paths for peaceful walks – on your own, with your dog, or to clear your mind. You will find the instructions in the cottage folder.

A newly renovated stylish two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti's services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. Child and animal friendly host couple next door.

Well-located two-room apartment with sauna. Lighted ski trails and outdoor trails are nearby. You can machine-wash your sportswear and tumble-dry it in a dryer. After your workout, you can relax in the sauna. A canopy can be found for your car with a heating plug. It is not possible to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle here. The nearest charging point can be found in the car park of the nearby S-Market. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning of the property. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs. Private entrance from the outside. We will be staying at the summer cottage ourselves during the summer, so the apartment will be put to good use during the summer 😊 Flexibility in check-out time depending on my work shifts, can be agreed in advance up to 3 weeks in advance!

We are happy to welcome you to the cozy Villa Koira-2 cottage for a holiday in Finland at any time of the year. The house is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishwasher, large living room with fireplace. A bathroom with a shower and a sauna. There are 2 bedrooms (2 +1) and a second floor (3 beds and a bathroom) that can accommodate 6 guests. The slopes/tracks of Vuokatti are 5-7 minutes away. Bed linen is available on request (10 euros/set).

The property was completed in 2022 in Sotkamo's church village. Shops and restaurants, a library, a beach and hiking trails are within walking distance. Vuokatti is 7 km away, and it can also be reached by bus. In front of the house, there is a dock where you can swim or paddleboard. You can also go fishing. You can keep your bike safe at night and take trips in the beautiful scenery during the day.
