Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sottomarina

Easy and convenient place to stay in the heart of Venice. The property was well equipped for a Mother's Day trip my wife and I planned for our mothers. Easy walk to St. Mark's Square, water taxi stops, great restaurants, and shopping. Can be a little noisy at night as conversations in the streets below are amplified by the corridors, but closing the windows and turning on the AC takes care of that pretty quickly. Marina was very responsive and helpful. Would likely choose this property again when we visit Venice in the future.

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

Lovely spot in Cannaregio which is a more quiet and local area of Venice. A main level apartment that was clean and very nice inside. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Venice!

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Marco and his lovely home were what I would consider the perfect Airbnb setup: a local resident who loves sharing a private apartment with guests from around the world. The location can't be beat: about three minutes walk from Arsenale vaporetto + Alilaguna airport stop (with no bridges to cross!), quiet views onto the canal and lagoon, an apartment that had everything we needed, and plenty of restaurants (both touristy and local) close by. I stayed with my 77 year old mom and she had no problem accessing the apartment (the few stairs inside were rendered easy by sturdy handrails). I am a host also and know that sometimes things break. In our case, there were a couple of maintenance things that needed attention when we arrived. Marco was there within 15 minutes and fixed everything. He was also very flexible when a flight delay caused our arrival to shift from 2pm to 10pm. I would not hesitate to recommend Marco's apartment to visitors to Venice.

Simone è un ottimo host molto attento alla soddisfazione dei suoi ospiti, in merito all’alloggio possiamo confermare le altre recensioni positive in quanto l’annuncio rispecchia la realtà, si tratta di una soluzione ottimale per chi come noi voleva passare dei giorni di relax vicino al mare in compagnia del nostro cane! Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen da wir schon öfters auf der Insel waren war das die zweit beste👍. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alles was wir brauchten war da. Albarella haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen und werden es immer wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank 💕💕

Tolles Haus, sehr netter Vermieter. Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt am Wasser. Toll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar dickere Bettwäsche bestellt, als die Temperaturen nicht gut waren. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne nochmals. Vielen Dank.

We stayed here for a week and had a lovely relaxing holiday. Nadia was the perfect host, left us an unexpected welcome package when we arrived and provided lots of information on excursions and places to see in the area. The house was just right for us as a family of 5 and we really enjoyed the pool.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus und Garten. Alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Fantastico! Cura al dettaglio incredibile, gentilezza e disponibilità di Giovanni e Marta. La canina super simpatica ha fatto amicizia con il nostro Hope e la zona dietro la superstrada è comunque super silenziosa, tranquilla e veramente molto curata. Il giardino e il parcheggio sono stati quel plus che ci ha fatto scegliere questo alloggio. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Prima sera abbiamo scelto di farci arrivare un delivery, mentre la seconda sera abbiamo preferito cucinare a casa dato la presenza di tutti i comfort proposti dall’appartamento. Davvero ottima esperienza paragonata al prezzo e alla vicinanza dal centro!!!

Grazie Fabrizio pour votre accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes sentis vénitiens pendant 5 jours. L’appartement est calme et idéalement situé, un peu en retrait de l'activité tres touristique et en meme temps a 5mins du Rialto. Tout etait impeccable ! Nous recommendons vivement.

The place is very quiet and peaceful. Everything is great. No walkable restaurants though, but this is not problem

As a family of 6 traveling, this home was perfect for us. We enjoyed it being away from the tourist area and the loudness. Cristina was an excellent host, helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after a long day around town and the local restaurants were wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. This home is close for airport transportation which was a huge benefit. Would recommend and stay at again.

Le logement est dans un coin calme de Venise, ce qui est très appréciable après une journée de visite. Il est proche du vaporetto, même si celui-ci est obligatoire pour accéder à l'île, proche de commerces, de restaurants agréables et raisonnables. La cuisine est bien équipée, la salle de bain propre et Esther a tout prévu : condiments, huile, café, thé, tisanes, petits consommables et même trousse de secours, savons, shampoings, crème solaire et même bottes et parapluie ! Un petit bémol sur la terrasse qui donne sur la rue et n'est utilisable que si on accepte que les passants nous regardent.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

Appartamento bellissimo, curato nei dettagli e arredato con richiami autentici alla cultura veneziana. Pulizia impeccabile, posizione ottima: silenziosa, luminosa e comoda per visitare la città. La casa è attrezzata con tutto ciò che può servire, non ci è mancato nulla. La padrona di casa è stata precisa, affidabile, cortese e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
