This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

The apartment is well equipped, extremely clean and very nicely furnished. The location is top, in a quiet and green environment as well as away from mass tourism. Absolutely recommended for visitors who want to explore Venice. The host Donatella picked up in person and was always reachable before and during the stay. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment!

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay. We were welcomed and the host actively helped us. As much for our arrival, for our departure but also for activities and restaurants. The rent matches the photos very well. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is spacious and offers a nice balcony with a view onto the laguna. We would definitely stay there again.

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful holiday in Beatrice’s place. It is perfectly positioned in a quiet part of Venice but, as with everywhere in Venice, it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The vaporetto stop is very close by. There are nice little bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Beatrice was a very responsive host. She actually came to meet us when we arrived at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way to the flat. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I would certainly stay there again. In fact, I am already booked in for next year. Thank you, Beatrice.

Excellent family stay at 4 at Barbara's, very friendly and authentic student neighborhood. Well heated apartment for winter, very pleasant and cozy. Bright with a large Velux. Very comfy beds Small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Supermarket and grocery stores nearby for shopping. Vaporetto 2 on the dock a few minutes walk away. Almost direct to San Marco. It's easy to explore Venice and stroll through the small alleys, bridges, and squares around the apartment. We'll be happy to go back! Attention, if you have locomotor problems: Steep and narrow staircase to get to the listing.

Mini apartment booked at the last minute, corresponding to photo and description. Marco is very kind and helpful, extremely quick to respond. A pleasant stay with the only advice to replace the net and mattress, too soft, but still comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing - so easy to get to from the bus station or airport waterbus. Very quiet at night but loads to do in the area and less touristy. But also very close to the key spots and places to visit. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable and also has a co-op store nearby. Great hosts, really responsive and friendly with great suggestions for places to eat out and visit. Brilliant gelateries and restaurants nearby. Flat has everything you will need.

Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay again should we visit Venice again.

Andrea was so kind and welcomed us at the vaporetto station near the apartment. He gave clear instructions and explained clearly how to get in the apartment and use the doors/lights. While there are a lot of stairs, the location and space in the apartment is worth it. The 2 bed 2 bathroom was very roomy with a lovely balcony. Andrea is very responsive and gave us local recommendations.

This is a lovely retreat from the crowds and bustle of the city. Beside a little canal, the views have greenery and it is in a vibrant little neighborhood with grocery, restaurants and community. It was an easy walk to main sites and other neighborhoods. It looks just like the pictures and hosts are very friendly and communicative.

Host have fast response. Room has nice view. Clean.
