Beautiful comfortable 18th century farmhouse tastefully restored, quality services. In a green setting in the countryside but close to all amenities. Located 15 minutes from Old Mans and 25 minutes from the 24-HOUR circuit. Very easy to access: 10 min Paris/nantes/reindeer/tours/caen, TGV station 20 min and TER 5 min. For lovers, families or groups of friends, you will feel at home. PS: not suitable for large gatherings>14(wedding...)unless agreed, please. please include on - 1 Saturday

Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

Le Petit Vessery is the ideal place to stay quietly close to Le Mans and 20 minutes from the city center or the circuit. Equipped for 6 beds you will live in a beautiful restored longhouse with a spacious dining room, kitchenette and upstairs 2 large bedrooms under the old beams and bathroom. This characterful house is attached to our residence and shares its courtyard, its green and relaxing garden. The private car park is enclosed, closed by a gate.
