Tiny Cozy Bordelaise

Come and discover this Tiny House that's anything but ordinary. New atypical accommodation, made of wood, comfortable 160 x 200 bedding and pool view! You have your own bathroom, air conditioning and linens and towels are provided, as well as a shower gel/shampoo kit. There is no kitchen but we have installed a microwave and a mini fridge. Just 15 minutes from the entrance to Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion and an hour from Arcachon and its Pilat Dune.

Outside you will enjoy the shaded terrace, not overlooked, overlooking oaks, a small passage loved by our deer friends at night...

Small new apartment of about 30 m² located 12 minutes from Hourtin Plage and Lake Hourtin-Carcans, 26 minutes from Pauillac and its estuary, including 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed 2 places, corner Kitchen, living room with TV and free wifi. Sheets and blankets provided as well as towels. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, bench, and 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue, closed parking on the property.

"La cabane", an atypical home in the countryside.

"La Cabane" is made up of panels of Douglas fir and fully sliding Plexiglas, adapting to your desires. Its patio will allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The small kitchen and the annex will give you full autonomy for your meals. The hundred percent sliding walls live to the rhythm of the weather and the wood; an atypical experience, in the heart of the Charente countryside!

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this lovely studio with terrace at "Les bambous", ideally situated in a natural environment, near the lake (2km), the shops (4km) and the ocean (9km). It offers all comfort for 2 guests with a bright living area with 2 comfortable beds of 90x200 cm, a sofa, a kitchenette and a spacious shower room. The terrace of 20m2 allows you to enjoy the environment, to relax and dine outdoors.

Studio with courtyard

14 m² studio in the center of Soulac, close to the market, and 400 m from the central beach. The place is new. Very small but functional, there is everything you need for a vacation stay. Comfortable 160 cm king size bench. Linens and dish towels are provided but NOT bath towels. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BICYCLE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEM. we practice self check-in and check-out.

Lovers' cottage ❤

Close to the city center and Lacanau Central Beach!! In a very quiet residential area, the lovers' cottage was given a second life in 2016. Renovated and equipped, with an area of 15 m2. It has a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In addition, a south-facing terrace and a private pergola surrounded by greenery await you for a change of scenery.

The small house

Chalet of 46 m2, with enclosed garden, in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to the village, the lake, the bike path and a few km from the ocean. Everything is done for your comfort. I offer dinner, breakfast or brunch on my veranda where I have created a friendly space dedicated to my guests.(Rates displayed in the small house)."

Breakfast organic (7,5 euros) served on your private terrace before going to the beach on foot from the other side of the street. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and surfers.

Cet agréable studio face à la forêt se situe entre lac et océan. Idéal pour un court ou long séjour, vous serez accueillis de façon chaleureuse. Petit coin de paradis pour prendre un bol d'air !!! Le studio est sur notre propriété mais il est totalement autonome et indépendant.
