Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

House in the heart of the countryside

My place is close to Ten minutes from the city center of Le Mans, 15 minutes from Boulerie Jump, 20 minutes from the 24-hour circuit. My place is good for couples, up to 4 or 5, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Possibility to put a horse in the meadow. 1 hectare for my horse and 1 hectare for the possible horse. I separate the field. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
