As if set in the middle of the marshes, the vast wooded land, the heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, open from 1/05 to 30/09) and the 2 houses, will offer you peace and quiet, in great comfort. Close to wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also Noirmoutier and shops.

Vacation home with hot tub for 2–4 people.

As a couple, with family or friends, come and recharge your batteries in a calm and green environment, near the Vendée beaches. The "Nid Douillet" for 2 to 4 people has a bedroom and a bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate your children or another couple. Sheltered hot tub heated to 37° year-round. Large above-ground pool heated during the season. Pool and Hot Tub are shared. Your children will play safely in the garden and playground.
