Our second visit to Under the Oaks was as brilliant as our first. The accommodation was comfortable, tranquil and spotless. The provisions (food, beverage and self care) were very generous and of superior quality, enhancing our stay. Thank you so much Jan and Andy, we absolutely loved out weekend getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful four nights at Grass Tree Gully to relax and enjoy each other's company as we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We really enjoyed the peaceful location with the Grass Trees and Eucalypts surrounding Grass Tree Gully and the amazing views down the gully both from inside the property and while sitting on the deck. On clear weather days we were amazed at how vivid Kangaroo Island looked just across the blue waters of Investigator Straight.  Justine was an excellent communicator, warm, and made us feel welcome and encouraging to relax and enjoy her property. Grass Tree Gully has quality furnishings and decor and generous provisions. The location was also ideal for us to access and walk 11 hours on sections of the Heysen Trail.
