Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Bohemian Region

The stay was just perfect! Milada and her son were always available for us and offered us everything we needed! The house is in pristine condition and offers enough space for all guests. The outdoor facilities are beautifully landscaped and offer first-class comfort. The space is actually better than the photos. The area is beautifully quiet and you can also have good parties here!

A wonderful place to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle. A place to stay, from towel to chips for the fireplace. The surroundings of the chalet are suitable for long walks or riding a bike. Around the circle, there are flat forest paths through beautiful nature. Highly recommend to visit 😍

Very nice, quiet, big and clean apartment in a village close to Budweis and Cesky Krumlov. We had everything we needed and the contact was always fast and friendly. We would definitely come back!

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

It was just a wonderful week in a beautiful house. We've all felt right at home Our highlight was the sauna and the jacuzzi. It was like a wellness vacation. 👌🤗 The surroundings were also very nice. Lots of nature and beautiful hiking trails and many big cities can be reached in an hour by car. František was very nice, answered some questions very quickly, the check-in with key box was completely uncomplicated. Thank you František for your mega house🥹🥹we will be back.

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt right at home with two families. The house was new, tasteful, there was everything we needed. Lots of excursions nearby and a very beautiful scenery. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

Homely warm, everything is great - modern and at the same time with wood stove! Wood was also there if we needed it. The most necessary things like tea and so much coffee were also in the kitchen cupboard, I like something like that very much. And there was a tasty Czech welcome beer! We'll be back for sure!

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. We had a super nice time! The place was just as described – very clean, well equipped and nothing was missing. The communication was completely straightforward, and messages were always answered super quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Cleanly covered, clean bathroom and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen, super fireplace with simple control. All the instructions were beautifully described in the instruction book for the accommodation. We had the best time! We stayed for one week and enjoyed everything about the apartment! The view and location right by the lake is at its best! We went for skiing in Lipno + Austria, which was perfectly doable from Frymburk. We were provided with a storage unit for our outdoor equipment and could park right in front of it, which made it fairly easy for us! The apartment is spacious, modern, clean + well equipped. Michal and his dad are very friendly and welcoming! What we didn't see coming: they offered daily breakfast per request and even accommoadated with vegan options. They really went out of their way to be the perfect hosts! we'd come bac The spa/wellness area is in a different building but easily accessible. You need to put in a reservation beforehand and get a preheated sauna, warm water in the hot tub, lounge music and a cozy atmosphere! higly recommended! I could mention more aspects which make the place very worthwhile but let's leave it at that: it's a 5/5! We'd come back

David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but that suited us. located 15 minutes from the obri hrac hike, which offers a friendly view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth a visit. responsive hosts, but inquire in advance about the possibilities of activities in the area. Washing machine in common with the other listing.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!
