Cozy cottage with garden

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Enjoy Budějce on foot or by bike! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walk from the main square. However, if you want to enjoy accommodation, you are in the right place! You can make a fire, grill a steak, take a sauna, cool off in the pond or watch a movie on a screen with quality sound (you need to bring your own laptop)! A trip to the UNESCO castle - Hluboká nad Vltavou is 45 minutes by bike along the Vltava river. Bungalow by the river and forest.

Great refuge for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden or spend time on the large terrace by the barbecue with a view of the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix TV. You can also liven up your stay by watching old DVDs or playing board games. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice river. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

Koloděje nad Lužnicí cottage

Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. In good weather, we rent out our motorboat, which anyone can drive. Dogs are welcome.

Penzion Samson

Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. However, our Pension Samson is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be delighted by its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Walkers will also find their own, thanks to the expansive forest, literally "a stone's throw away" from the guesthouse. If you're a little more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists to not only do sports, but especially to breathe.

Indian tipi in a peaceful environment under the open sky, where the stars shine brightly and at night you can hear the sounds of the surrounding wild nature of the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area. Although the tipi is built in an orchard, one has the feeling that it is secluded far from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Visitors also have access to a fully equipped pergola with drinking running water, an electric stove, a grill and a fireplace.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly.
