The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

From your kitchen & living room window you'll have a gorgeous view of farmland from 5 different farms. Shady Lane Greenhouse is just beside the apartment so come for your spring flowers and spend a few nights on this beautiful farm. Located in New Holland, PA so you'll be close to local attractions.

Upstairs is a bathroom and 1 bedroom furnished with a comfy King size bed as well as a trundle bed (2 singles). Come for a romantic getaway by yourselves or bring the family! The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
