Our house is located on a tree-lined street in a residential area just a few blocks from the Cornell campus, restaurants, and a beautiful gorge walk to downtown. It is one mile from the Ithaca Commons and a short drive to Ithaca College. A covered front porch & a back deck provide great spaces for relaxing or socializing. (Please be mindful in a residential neighborhood : quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.) Children under age 18 are free. (3-night minimum for Cornell graduation)

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!
