Woubrugge Logies - Private Chalet in The Green Heart

This cosy, private chalet is perfectly located in The Green Heart of The Netherlands. By car only half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or the beaches. Woubrugge itself is a lovely small town along a characteristic canal that ends up in lake Braassemermeer. Sail, surf, swim, rent a motorboat, explore the beautiful surroundings by biking or hiking or relax in the garden. The chalet is a studio (40m2); comfortable for 2 persons. As the sofa bed can be transformed to a double bed the chalet is also suitable for young families or a group of friends. The chalet has one room (studio: 40m2) with a private bathroom. There is a double bed (size 210 x 160 cm) and a sofabed (size 200 x 140 cm). In the studio you will find a tv, a table with 4 chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster and a coffee-machine (coffee, tea and Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) are included in the price). A microwave for the guests is in the barn, next to the chalet. In this barn guests may park also their (rental) bikes or a pram. There is enough space for 4 persons, but do realize that you share the same room. The chalet is facing South, so you can enjoy the sun all day. And if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can sit under the large parasol. You will also find a cosy veranda to relax on and a lawn with fruit trees. Guests may use the chairs in front of the house on the riverside quay where you can sit, relax, have a drink and enjoy the spectacle of boats passing by. The chalet offers complete privacy. However, if you have any question or special wishes, we are most of the time in the neighbourhood or we can be reached by telephone. We love to help our guests and have a chat with them, if they like. Woubrugge is a small town half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, and beaches. Follow the canal to The Braassemermeer, a lake which offers sailing, canoeing, and swimming. Bike, hike, and rent a motorboat to explore further afield. If you come by car: there are enough public parkingplaces near to the chalet. (for free). Public transport: Woubrugge can easily be reached by bus from Leiden Central Station. But also from Amsterdam / Schiphol Airport there is a good connection by train/speedbus. Woubrugge is part of several beautiful hiking and biking routes, so for hikers and bikers Woubrugge is a perfect place for a stay over night or for a longer period. - Smoking is not allowed in the chalet! There are games and on request we can prepare boxes with various toys for children aged 2-12. On the riverside quay you find a fine bakery. Apart from buying fresh bread and rolls there, you can have a coffee and pastries on the terrace overlooking the canal. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant Disgenoten. Also this restaurant has a beautiful terrace on the waterside.

Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. Here, you'll experience the tranquility of the meadows surrounding you, yet entertainment is close by. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive from our park. In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Comfortable country house (100 m2) with a big garden in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and grazing cows right across the little canal. Close to all main cities and the Kaag Lakes. Amsterdam, Delft, Keukenhof, Schiphol-airport and Leiden (10 min). The house is heated and also warm and cosy during wintertime. Four cannoes are available for you. Rental bikes could be delivered by a local company to home. Free parking. We follow the extra cleaning recommendations of Airbnb!

💎 Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Oasis in the city, spacious houseboat, incl. parking

Parkeren is inbegrepen. Geniet van rust en ruimte op deze bijzondere groene plek op het water, aan de rand van het centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien: airco, gratis wifi. Een Nespresso-apparaat voor heerlijke koffie. Het Vroesenpark ligt aan de overkant, Diergaarde Blijdorp op 10 minuten lopen, evenals metro Blijdorp (800m). Nabij centrum en uitvalswegen. Neem op een warme dag een verfrissende duik in het kanaal, of stap in de kano's die voor je klaar liggen.

Boerderij Het Vinkenest in Oud-Alblas 16 people

Monumental farm Het Vinkenest in Oud-Alblas, located directly on the waterfront "De Alblas". The mills of Kinderdijk are a few kilometers away and are of course a must to go to. The old city of Dordrecht can be reached by car within 10 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are in Rotterdam. Recently, there is also an 8-person sloop for rent as an addition. This is the ideal location for a great family weekend and not suitable for groups under 25 years of age.

A small cottage in the center of Nieuwveen close to Amsterdam and Schiphol. The location is centrally located between other major cities, beach and Keukenhof. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.

Reeuwijkse Plassen for Sightseeing and Swimming.

The Reeuwijkse Plassen and its surroundings are a beautiful nature reserve. The view is breathtaking. The lakes are clean, so you can swim in open water. The cottage is new and equipped with every comfort, the laundry can be brought to the hostess (not free) Free parking is available near the studio.

Lovely cottage on the water

The lovely wooden house the "Vlaardingse Schouw" with its red roof tiles was put into service at the beginning of 2014 and belongs to B&B Rechthuis. It is directly on the water of the Vlaardingsevaart with fantastic views of the Vlieten and centuries-old polders.
