You enter the living room of the suite, in addition, the suite has a separate bedroom with large semi-open bathroom with bath tub and bath products from Maris Stella Marie. Het havenkantoor stamt uit 1900. Eind 19de eeuw was er zoveel industrie en scheepvaartverkeer dat de grachten in de binnenstad het niet meer aankonden. Daarom werd de Laakhaven gebouwd. Vanuit het Havenkantoor hield de havenmeester met zijn adjuncten toezicht op de haven en het scheepvaartverkeer. Het gebouw is nu een bijzondere boetiek hotel met geworden met alle hedendaagse luxe.
