"Clean, quiet, and perfectly located. we were doing a work from home and the hotel had everything I needed—strong Wi-Fi, comfortable desk setup, The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The best part is their kitchen it has equipped with all the things required to stay in a home. Housekeeping was on point. The staff was professional and helpful. Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

We had an absolutely comfortable and welcoming stay. The caretakers were very prompt and helpful. The property was thoroughly cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provide too. The host also checked up with us if we were having a comfortable stay which felt nice. Would recommend that you book for your next trip to Goa! The location is great with close access to alot of the restaurants.

We had a great time at SK Villa. We cooked some fabulous meals and watched many movies together. Walked to the sunset beach and martins. Walked around the house. Maid was super nice and helpful. I and my friends throughly enjoyed our vacation. Sylvester was super helpful and took care of us. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back again to stay. Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

Akshay was a wonderful host, right from the moment i contacted him first accomodating all my requests and even gladly helped me when i had to cut my stay short due to some unforseen circumstances. Akshay and his father were right there to help you with everything. The place is easily accessible by cabs and easy to reach from different places.

I had an amazing two-night, three-day stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed. Her attention to detail and hospitality really stood out throughout the stay. The property itself was thoughtfully designed with so many small touches that made it feel special—like baskets for clothes, charming little planters, tastefully done wall paints and artwork, and even a lovely basket of goodies with biscuits and snacks. Every basic need was not only met but exceeded. The space was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The backyard was a peaceful retreat with a small plunge pool, perfect for relaxing. small thing to note: the shower area is open, which might not be everyone’s preference, but it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience.
