Apartment is spacious, neat &  cozy. Amit was responsive and accomodative. He was helpful with the local recommendations as well. We had a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to Colombo business district, Keels and Cargills supermarkets, as well as Perera & Sons bakery, which offers a broad menu. The Kangaroo taxi service was a huge plus, as it was very reliable and only a phone call away. I felt very safe using their service, and they confirmed reservations and estimated costs via text message, even providing a receipt. Additionally, Uber Eats made it easy to have a range of foods delivered in minutes. The overall location is fantastic, making it a great value for the price. Thank you, Sharon, for being such a wonderful host!

If you want a stay closer to Calangut beach, this is a great option. The beach is around 8-10 minutes walk from the place. There are lots of shopping and eating options near by. The villa is as described in the listing. It had all amenities like washing machine, cloths drying rack, AC, Dining table, Chairs, parking space etc. It is the entire townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Hall and kitchen. All utilities are available. Host sent a helper to guide us to the entry as the lane is a bit smaller and can be missed. The parking space is small but ok for a sedan/MUV. Only thing missing was the channels in the TV as the cable was not recharged. We did not mind as we had no time for the TV. There are two balconies in the first floor and a small aread behind the kitchen. Overall, great experience with the host, house and the area. Please note that the calangut beach can get super crowded during holidays and if you like calm and quiet beaches, go to South Goa. Thanks.

Lake Residences Jasmine is a very nice place to stay. Spacious and well decorated, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the lake area where you can have a nice stroll. We hope to come back soon!

It was a pleasant stay over here.Peaceful location,beautiful society ,beach was at 5mins drive.Swimming pool was just perfect,whenever we went in the pool felt it was private pool as noone around. Host was very prompt and helpful for any kind of information asked . It was worth for the amount paid...Thanks for the lovely stay.

Booked the house for my relatives for a function. The place was very clean and well-maintained and was also spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Communication from Partha as well as the caretaker, Bahadur, was punctual and top-notch! They were very responsive to our needs and also allowed us to check the place out before we finalized our booking. Overall, my relatives enjoyed the stay at the house and would 100% recommend!

Booked this property for my mother and my aunts who were visiting Goa for the first time. This property made them feel at home while being able to head out and enjoy all that South Goa has to offer. Host was super responsive and helpful, self check in instructions were easy and will definitely recommend. Stay was clean and well equipped.

First of all, appreciate Siddharth for being proactive in sharing necessary information on how to reach the place and clear instructions. He was easy to reach out to and communicate with. House looked exactly same as in pictures. Very neat and clean. We cooked meals, watched TV and had comfortable n peaceful stay. Pocket WiFi speed and connectivity was awesome. As it rained throughout our stay, we didn’t get to enjoy backyard. Would like to visit this place during winters. Patio is our favourite spot, where we all sat for coffee while enjoying rain. All the amenities are available as mentioned. Worth staying and willing to book again in future.

travelling to Kerala to visit our relatives here and do a bit of sightseeing. travelling with my 18 and 21-year-old sons. John's place was located perfectly for our needs. it had three separate bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of common space for us to hang out in together. As a host John is very responsive and provides clear instructions. very helpful to have amenities such as air conditioning Wi-Fi and a very nice washing machine. The beds are on the firm side, but after the first night of sleeping on them I felt 20 years younger. plenty of great restaurants nearby and a small super market in walking distance. the relatively new metro station is also in walking distance which gives great access to the rest of the city. although the town is quite bustling outside, the noise does not seem to come through into the apartment. The area itself is quiet at night. I would highly recommend this place. thanks John for a great stay.

Its a expansive house with 4 bedrooms and a lot of living areas carved out. We were a group of 4 and still did not fill the house enough. There is a terrace with open and covered sections. Took us a while to explore the house properly. The location is very good and most of the good eateries are walking distance away. Would recommend for large groups (4 or 4+ people).

the place was peaceful, located at the right centre of the town of pondicherry and the price of the room is reasonable. host is helpful and the caretaker was more helpful and always a call away. had zero difficulty in the stay.

Vasuki is great host....always there to help and very friendly..all our needs were fulfilled. Place is as it is in the photos..very peaceful...you can enjoy a lot at terrace!
