Holiday rentals with a sauna in South India

Excellent place to spend our last 2 nights after travelling Sri Lanka. Beautiful apartment, spotless and clean. Very nice rain showers with excellent pressure and hot water never ran out. Huge pool in the shared space, as well as sauna, spa pool and steam room. Very friendly and helpful security guards. Excellent stay and excellent value. Thanks so much :)

The apartment is great and all the amenities are well-maintained. For people looking for a peaceful getaway, it is the perfect location. A mechanism for the guests to approve the entry of cabs/delieveries from the main gate would improve the experience as constantly updating the hosts and occasional delays in approvals can be cumbersome.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. While it is a drive into the heart of Pune, if you’re staying on the grounds it has all you need. The bedrooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. The living and kitchen area are open with tons of light. Kishan and the team were extremely accommodating and flexible with the needs of me and my family. I would absolutely stay here again. We were a large group of friends and we had a wonderful stay at Prannay's villa. The rooms were very clean and the common areas and the pool in general were very well maintained. The sales rep and the caretaker (Viraj) were very courteous and helped us with everything needed. There are tiny resto bars within a 5 minute walk from the place. And with a 5-10 minute drive, one can access the various shacks/restaurants on the Morjim beach. I would recommend staying here!

We stayed for one night at Lucky‘s new „Farm-stay“ house. The listing is not updated yet, but still it was a very pleasant surprise for us. The house ist built on an untouched property/garden and is surrounded by nature. Yes, you should be aware that this is a more nature-near option. In our book a big plus on the total experience. He is finishing the Farm-stay at the moment and is adding sweet details like an outdoor shower. If you like to stay close to nature and don’t mind some insects and frogs then this is the place to stay at. Lucky was really nice and communicated very transparently. He also arranged a flexible pick-up (our train was quite delayed) and drop off in the morning. His wife did cook amazing dinner for a reasonable price even after we asked for it like one hour before. The included breakfast she made was also delicious. Overall they are great hosts and really do their best to make your stay the greatest!

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

The property is lavish and spacious, featuring a lift and elegantly designed rooms, making it ideal for Airbnb. The top room (Presidential Suite) includes a bathtub. Check-in, breakfast, toiletries, and linen were all luxurious and well maintained. The private pool was decently sized, with a larger pool just outside the villa. Located in a gated community of holiday villas, it offers safety and excellent amenities. Along with private parking, power backup, wifi etc. The location is superb, with cafes, pubs, beaches, and Anjuna/Candolim just 10 minutes away. The caretaker is efficient, and the host is excellent. He also prepared home cooked meals at a reasonable charge. 10/10 recommend anyone looking for affordable luxury.

Simple and a clean home amidst the lovely neighborhood. Very close to the main road and all amenities. Sunny sir was kind enough to have provided all the necessary kitchen essentials along with Maggi packets, tea, coffee etc which is greatly appreciated. My 4 year old nephew loved the kids play toys and books. Check in and check out was very smooth. Would highly recommend this place.
