Holiday rentals with lake access in South Kingstown

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

We loved staying at Michael’s beautiful home! Nestled in the woods near a lake, it was the perfect base for our family’s reunion trip. Michael was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Jamie was prompt with communication and helpfulness made our trip so smooth giving us directions as we got settled into the home! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed!" Daniela’s place was beyond our expectations! The grounds were beautiful and the house was spotless. We were traveling with our baby and the home provided a pack n play and a high chair, as well as tons of books and some toys which all made our lives so much easier! The beds were so comfortable and all of the amenities were amazing. We visited in more of the off season and we still had the most amazing time. We hope to come back with friends and family!

This is a lovely home with a beautiful view. It's a great getaway spot to relax and rejuvenate.

Beautiful scenery looking out onto the water. Quite peaceful. Loved the garage and ease in and out. Very large and comfortable and really loved the space. Unscented bath towels and sheets.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great - there was coffee and supplies for it as well as some bottle water in the fridge. The place was quiet and clean and in a good location. Sean communicated well with us and we had a nice time.

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

A very accurate listing with a super helpful host. This was our first time using Air BnB and I was a little nervous. Everything was beyond my expectations! Listing was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very explicit with self-check in instructions, guest instructions, etc. We are very familiar with the area but never stayed in Matunuck before. Beautiful and very chill vibes! Thank you so much!

best part about this Airbnb is the kitchen which is very spacious with a good amount of cooking utensils!

stayed a second night abs loved the location it was a total oasis. also Kristina refunded me the cleaning fee after I booked the second night even tho she didn't have to... I was greatly appreciative. wonderfull lil spot highly recommended

Hopes place is very charming and the location can’t be beat. The beach is easily accessible and within walking distances to shops and restaurants. 10/10 recommend!

It was so peaceful and serene. The view was spectacular. It was great to be one with nature and wildlife. I truly enjoyed the stillness of the water without a lot of noise to sully the moment.. I got a lot of work done & enjoyed myself as well. I definitely would recommend this place if you want peace of mind, mixed in with a good beach experience.

The place was perfect for us as a weekend getaway: at such peaceful and secluded location, you can really unplug and feel the warmth of the sun and wind from the ocean. Elizabeth was a super responsible and supportive host. Make sure to book if you are looking for a nice vacation at the beach!

Our stay could not have been better. Was the perfect place to stay to run the Newport marathon and we really enjoyed the cozy feel of the place. Everything was so clean and the yard was a great bonus in nice spring weather. Could not have asked for a better or more thoughtful host!

Will definitely be staying here again when I don't have busy plans. Only got to sleep there this trip. It's an awesome little get away!

This place exceeded our expectations & needs! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier at a cost & we’re so glad we did. It was a beautiful location & set up. Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Place was very well cared for, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and had everything needed. The views of the lake are GORGEOUS. Felt like home, we had a great time even with the bad weather.

Lovely home situated at the tip of a very peaceful peninsula so the views were breathtaking. We loved the wrap around deck and gazebo. Clean, with plenty of extra linen and lots of extra space to read, relax or play games. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
