Beautiful view of Indian Creek with a public boat launch less than a mile away. Sandy shore provides plenty of room to beach your boat and/or build sand castles with the little ones. The large boathouse provides covered space, stairs to the water, audio system, fish cleaning station, and front row seats to an awe-inspiring sunset over the water.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
