Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 2 younger Labs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

You have found Medusa's Den . Our private casita is located in the historic and quaint Duranes neighborhood. Duranes is near Old Town and Downtown and It's a short walk to the Bosque trails from the casita. Gated and parking on site. Enjoy the community firepit and patio lights.
